How It Works
To help you get the best results, here are a few tips for maximizing the effectiveness of the scripts:
- Find a Quiet Space with Stereo Headphones - Try to listen in a calm, undisturbed environment with stereo headphones to fully immerse yourself
- No Need to Stay Awake– It’s perfectly okay if you fall asleep while listening; your mind will still absorb the suggestions, so feel free to listen as you’re winding down for bed.
- Follow a Weekly Sequence – For best results, listen to *Script 1* daily for one week, then *Script 2* daily for the following week, and so on. This way, each script builds on the previous one over a period of four weeks.
- After the Four Weeks – Once you’ve completed the four-week cycle, you may not need to continue, but feel free to revisit or “top up” whenever you’d like. There’s no harm in listening more frequently if it feels right for you.
The scripts will be sent to you electronically for you to download and listen to at your convenience.
